Scheduling



Allconnect is open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday & 7:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday.
The Allconnect Support Center is closed on Sunday. Most employees will be required to work only one Saturday shift per month. An employee will typically be scheduled a comp day off during the week if they are scheduled to work a Saturday shift.

Allconnect is most interested in hiring applicants that are very flexible with their work availability & schedule, meaning they could work any available shift between the hours of 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The training program is five to six weeks in duration with approximately three weeks spent in a classroom learning environment and the remaining time consisting of on-the-job training.

Attendance & punctuality are always of critical importance at Allconnect but especially during the training period.
Due to the in-depth nature of our training program we offer, 100% attendance is required & expected during the new hire training process.
