Allconnect is an innovative Inbound Sales Center offering a convenient place where the moving public can connect all of their home utilities with one quick phone call. Home Services Consultants sell products & services to customers nationwide such as Phone, Internet, Cable TV, Satellite, Home Security, and more. We have key partnerships with utility providers around the country such as Comcast, Qwest, Verizon, Dish Network, DirectTV, and Brinks to complete new & transfer orders for callers & submit them electronically for processing.
Pay is $10.00 per hour plus bonus/commission earnings on top of the hourly rate of pay ** During the initial training period, the rate of pay is $9.00 per hour plus bonuses.
We are currently accepting applications for part-time seasonal positions. Seasonal associates will work during the summer months. Part-time morning and part-time afternoon shifts are available. We are scheduling our next class to start Friday July 31, 2009.

| Duties: |
- Assist callers with setting up their home utility services.
- Use a consultative approach in the offering & selling of products and services to moving customers such as Phone, Internet, Cable TV, Satellite TV, DSL, HSD & more.
- Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by using a friendly & outgoing style during the discovery of service options.
- Maximize sales opportunities on every call, while maintaining call quality, work order accuracy, exceeding each customer's expectations, and contributing to the success of a high-performing sales team.
- Perform additional related duties as requested/required.

| Qualifications: |
- Applicants must have an excellent working knowledge of using a computer including comfortably navigating Microsoft Windows & the Internet.
- Minimum of 6 months Sales or Customer Service experience required.
- Possess and demonstrate good judgment, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both oral & written.
- Must pass a pre-employment 10 panel drug screen & thorough background check.
- Full Flexibility with work schedule.
