Description:Allconnect, Inc., the leader in home services connections, is currently looking for Saves Agents for our Customer Care department. The Customer Care team handles interactions with customers after they have placed an order for home services with Allconnect. The Saves Agent will speak with customers regarding orders that are in jeopardy of not installing in the customerís home. The Saves Agent will answer questions and offer resolution options with the ultimate purpose of completion of service orders.
Duties:
  • Speak with customers via phone and email regarding their orders for home services in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Process customer orders via various Telecom, Cable and other billing systems in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Maintain set service levels and quality compliance goals.
  • Complete special projects or other duties as assigned.
  • Complete and maintain daily order tracking records as required.
  • Provide reconciliation support for telecom and cable revenue assurance teams.
  • Review reporting to ensure timely order completion.
  • Provide cross functional support for Order Operations when needed.
  • Support Allconnect partner site visits by providing Customer Care demonstrations of the various functions and relevant applications.
  • Participate in quarterly refresher training sessions
  • Qualifications:
  • Two-year college degree or work equivalent
  • 2+ years experience with order entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results. Ability to execute new solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge with telecom and/or cable system order entry required.
  • Ability to define and effectively communicate recommendations for business processes improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent 10 key skills
